ReComm is a small set of free calculators for one moment that is easy to misjudge: figuring out your real estate commission and what you actually net from a sale. We built it because the math is simple but the stakes are high.

Every calculation runs in your browser. Nothing you type is uploaded or stored. Our editorial standard is plain language and standard percentage math — no affiliate links to agents, no lead forms, no accounts.

State rate figures are industry approximations and are clearly marked as examples. Where the rules change — as after the 2024 NAR settlement — we explain the shift rather than guessing at your specific situation.
